JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

AI Research and Development:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI models to solve complex decision-making problems.

• Conduct research to identify new algorithms, methodologies, and technologies that can be applied to decision intelligence systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our products, ensuring scalability and performance.

Data Analysis and Model Building:

• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns that can inform AI model development.

• Build predictive models using advanced machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.

• Perform feature engineering, data preprocessing, and hyperparameter tuning to optimize model accuracy and efficiency.

  
  

Innovation and Experimentation:

Lead experimental projects to test the feasibility and effectiveness of new AI approaches.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science, and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Ethics and Responsibility:

• Ensure that AI models and algorithms are developed in an ethical manner, with a focus on fairness, accountability, and transparency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.

• Strong academic foundation with a focus on AI and machine learning technologies.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia, with experience in machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.

• Expertise in data handling, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.

• In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning models, and AI techniques.

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

• Strong knowledge of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL.

  
  

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in AI product development, particularly in decision intelligence or related fields.

• A portfolio of past projects that demonstrate the ability to develop and deploy AI models in real-world scenarios.
